Nihal Nazar, founder of ONE BURGER, is a Civil Engineer with a passion for entrepreneurship, food and building a distinctive local brand. His engineering mindset — planning, quality, precision and efficient execution — shapes every detail, from the tawa-made signature burger and in-house masala to carefully selected ingredients, consistent taste and fair pricing.
Beginning as a cloud kitchen, ONE BURGER will test and refine its food through real customer feedback before growing through professionally designed food carts. Nihal’s goal is to build more than a burger business: a recognizable, trusted brand with strong systems and room to grow.
